Forming the company is only the first step. To actually trade, most businesses also need a beneficial-ownership registration, a bank account and — depending on the activity — VAT registration and fiscalization.

A typical setup for a single founder

  • Company formation – one individual shareholder: €400 + VAT
  • UBO registration: €250 + VAT
  • Company bank account opening assistance: €400 + VAT
  • VAT registration (where applicable): €150 + VAT
  • Fiscalization assistance: €180 + VAT
  • Digital certificate / CoreIT: €150 + VAT

Third-party costs — notary and government fees, translations, apostilles, certificate and software providers — are charged separately. We tell you what to expect before we start.
