All prices shown are our professional/service fees and are exclusive of VAT and third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices marked "from" depend on the complexity and scope of the particular matter. Where possible, anticipated third-party costs are communicated to you in advance.

Third-party costs are external expenses we do not control, such as government and administrative fees, notary fees, translations, apostilles and legalizations, insurance, bank charges and software/provider fees. They are charged separately and at cost.

No one can honestly guarantee that. Apex Advisory and its cooperating professionals provide application and procedural assistance and make sure your application is complete and correctly prepared — but decisions remain with the competent authorities.

Not necessarily. If you work remotely for a foreign employer or your own company registered abroad, the digital nomad residence route may suit you. If you want to run your business through Montenegro, company formation combined with a work & residence permit is usually the right path. We help you choose.

Legal services are provided in cooperation with licensed, accredited attorneys. Routine matters are covered by our fixed-fee services and monthly support; complex legal matters, transactions and litigation are quoted separately.

Clients who complete the First-Year Concierge receive access to preferential ongoing rates from Year 2 onwards for accounting, virtual office, permit renewals, compliance, employment administration and routine legal support. The package is tailored to how your business has developed.

The package includes one work and residence permit for the foreign founder/director. Permits for additional foreign employees are not included, but Concierge clients receive preferential rates for them.

The regime is intended for foreigners who perform work electronically for a foreign company, or for their own company that is not registered in Montenegro. We start every case with an eligibility assessment.

Temporary residence for a digital nomad may currently be granted for up to two years and extended for up to a further two years, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

Eligible family members may be able to obtain residence on the basis of family reunification. Our fee is €300 + VAT per family member, with third-party costs charged separately.

No. Apex Advisory does not provide real-estate brokerage services. We introduce you to appropriate licensed agents free of charge and offer legal due diligence by licensed attorneys.
