Who is it for?

Montenegro's digital nomad regime is intended for foreigners who perform work electronically for a foreign company, or for their own company that is not registered in Montenegro. You do not need to establish a Montenegrin company.

Temporary residence for a digital nomad may currently be granted for up to two years and extended for up to a further two years, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
